Easi Turn is a brushed cotton covered sliding sheet designed to make turning in bed a doddle!

Suitable for anyone with back, pelvic, hip, or rib pain; or anyone with poor mobility eg MS, Parkinsons or post stroke. Founder Ciara Devery created the Mama Turn after her own experiences with pelvic pain in pregnancy. Mama Turn is a brushed cotton covered sliding sheet designed to make turning in bed a doddle! Pregnancy, pelvic pain, back pain, and surgery can make turning over at night very difficult. Made with brushed cotton; it’s super soft to lie on, non-sweat (lets face it, if you’re pregnant you’re probably warm enough) and machine washable. Just pop it on top of your fitted sheet, hop in and you’re all set for a good nights sleep! She also owns Active Physio a Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic based in Gortnagarn just on the outskirts of Omagh Co.Tyrone. Specialising in Sports Injuries, Musculoskeletal problems, Pregnancy related pain and Women’s Pelvic Health.
