**Help Us Support Families Facing Cancer – Knockmoyle Nursing Home Fundraiser**

We are coming together as a community to support the families of staff members at Knockmoyle Nursing Home who are currently battling cancer. Behind every dedicated caregiver is a family, and right now, some of those families are facing incredibly difficult journeys—emotionally, physically, and financially.

Our staff spend their days caring for others with compassion and dignity. Now it’s our turn to care for them.

To raise vital funds, a brave group of our team members will be taking on an unforgettable challenge: **abseiling down the iconic Europa Hotel in Belfast**. This isn’t just about conquering fears—it’s about standing in solidarity with our colleagues and their loved ones during one of the toughest times of their lives.

Cancer brings many unseen costs—travel to treatments, time away from work, childcare, and everyday living expenses that quickly add up. The funds raised will go directly to supporting these families, helping to ease some of the financial burden so they can focus on what truly matters: health, healing, and time together.

As we prepare for the Easter weekend Margaret’s been busy getting our Easter cake ready and we’ve we’ve enjoyed a few birthdays, some bingo, hand & nail treatments and a new game which as you will see involved some audience participation 🤣
