Calm Connections is group yoga classes focused & created for children with additional needs - the classes will have a foundation to promote the healthy development of the hearts, bodies & minds of children with ADHD, Autism, Down-syndrome, Sensory processing difficulties & much more.

These classes will be organised & delivered by an enthusiastic Early years & childhood specialist with a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Special educational needs training, additional needs yoga teacher training & 18 years of experience working & supporting children of all needs & abilities

Class dates & venues will be launched beginning of September 🧘‍♀️
