✨Postnatal Pilates ✨
Our Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to safely support your return to exercise after birth 🤍
We focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core, rebuilding strong foundations, and gradually preparing your body for higher-intensity movement — all while giving it the respect it truly deserves after everything it’s been through.
🤱 Who is it for?
• Suitable from 4 weeks to 1 year postpartum (depending on recovery)
• Babies are very welcome to come along
• If you want to exercise but are nervous/ unsure what you should or shouldn’t do
• Ideal if you’re experiencing back or pelvic pain, pelvic floor weakness or leaking, even if you’ve already returned to exercise
All classes are led by a physiotherapist & mum of 4, so lots of tips and guidance provided.
