Our Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to safely support your return to exercise after birth 🤍
We focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core, rebuilding strong foundations, and gradually preparing your body for higher-intensity movement — all while giving it the respect it truly deserves after everything it’s been through.

🤱 Who is it for?
• Suitable from 4 weeks to 1 year postpartum (depending on recovery)
• Babies are very welcome to come along
• If you want to exercise but are nervous/ unsure what you should or shouldn’t do
• Ideal if you’re experiencing back or pelvic pain, pelvic floor weakness or leaking, even if you’ve already returned to exercise

All classes are led by a physiotherapist & mum of 4, so lots of tips and guidance provided.

Our Postnatal Pilates class specialises in returning to exercise postpartum. These classes will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor & core, working on the foundations to gradually return you to higher intensity exercise, giving your body the respect it deserves, after all it has been through.

They are suitable from 4 weeks to 1 year postpartum (depending on recovery and previous fitness experience) You are welcome to bring your baby along to the class.

If you have already returned to exercise but are experiencing problems like back/hip pain, or pelvic floor leaking then this class could help you.

Join us for our last 6 week block of the year at The MACCA centre Mullaghmore, Omagh starting on Monday 10th November at 10.30am.
