Sometimes life feels heavy and things don't go your way, no matter how hard you try to work or manifest a different outcome. Resilience is key and it's something we need to work on in the good times, when things are working out. Like a squirrel gathering nuts for winter, you too need to gather your energy and your resolve when they are in abundance for when those difficult times come around.
Self-care, self-compassion, breaks, fun activities, rest, time spent with those you love, with those who fill up your cup, being fun and playful. All these activities will build your resilience and your mental toughness moving forward.
Be kind to yourself always and remember, this too shall pass and brighter days are always ahead.

The Inner Child Grid is for those wishing to work with that little version of themselves. Maybe they need listened to, seen, heard, held. Maybe you need your adult self to tap back into that fun, carefree energy. Maybe there's a need to instil some hope into your life.. To dare to dream again.

💎🩵✨🌙I first fell in love with crystals over 11 years ago. I had been for a gorgeous reiki healing session and, at the end, the therapist pulled some angel cards for me. One card appeared speaking of my connection to crystals and how I should explore this further. Of all the cards I've ever received in my life, I believe this reading was the most accurate one I've gotten.
And so, I came home and told about it and I said, I "Maybe I should buy some and learn something..no idea where to get them locally though." Matt left the room for a moment and came back in with a bag full of crystals, small tumbles, some really special specimens. His personal collection 🥹🥰💎
So we sat together and he shared his knowledge with me as we discussed each one individually. It was a special moment I'll always remember and it left me intrigued and hungry for more information. And so, my deep love affair with crystals was born and it has never faded since.
Here I am hugging one of my absolute favourites, aquamarine on the chakra path a truly special place indeed. This crystal sits on the chakra path between the heart and the throat at the higher heart chakra, also known as the Ananda Khanda chakra.
How blessed I am to have visited here many times and to now to have the crystal bed aligned to this magical crystals at each point along the chakra path.💎🩵✨🌙

🌈💎🩷💜🩵Just a little hello from me after the first Crystal Bed Therapy Clinic today... What a beautiful centre and a gorgeous vibe. I'm so, so grateful to have been hosted by the .katta at Heal for today's clinic and I hope to return soon for another clinic!
If you haven't visited Heal yet, definitely give it a look as there's so much happening there and all such lovely offerings.
