The week ahead will be busy for many families - with the kids all heading back to school / college

Now is the time to get yourself back on track - or get started

If you are considering joining a gym and decide to take a look at what is available locally - PLEASE do call in and take a look around

This is the only way you will see what is available and it will give you a feel for the place

EVERYONE WELCOME - If you are new to exercise - why not consider a personal training appointment with one of the trainers.

They will get you started and get a structure in place for you to work towards

ALL AGES - ALL ABILITIES very welcome....

( You are never too old - we have a few 80 yr olds with us and they are doing great. It is a pleasure to have them with us.)

If your training has no structure then your goals become harder to achieve.

We would highly recommend taking the guidance of a trainer to help you achieve your goals

Some people like a weekly appointment to keep them focused

Others might take an appointment every 4 weeks to check progress, get assessed and get a new training plan for the next 4 weeks

If your current exercise plan is not giving you results, why not book an appointment with one of our trainers

Male and female trainers available at times to suit you....

Start now and for those that want to wait until the kids are back at school, why not book your appointment to get started at same time

WHAT PRICE DO YOU PUT ON YOUR HEALTH?

We Keep our prices affordable so that EVERYONE can afford to improve their health and fitness.

We encourage ALL ages to join. We are very proud that we have a considerable number of 70 yr olds and 80 yr olds training with us

Ask our older clients how they are getting on and they will all say " I wish I had done this sooner" - They are happier - fitter - stronger - more mobile and more flexible

We have a strong YOUNGER following as well and it is very satisfying to see both train alongside each other daily

Your £30 monthly M'SHIP works out at £ 6.92 per week
Your £25 monthly Under 18's works out at £ 5.76 per week
Your £40 monthly CLASS M'SHIP works out at £ 9.23 per week
Your £50 monthly JOINT M'SHIP works out at £11.53 per week
Your £60 monthly FAMILY M'SHIP works out at £13.84 per week

We strongly advise having structure in your training which can be done by

1. Weekly appointment with a Personal Trainer ( £20 per session )

2. Initial personalised programme with follow-up in 4-6 weeks to
check progress and draw up a new training plan for 4-6 wks

This will cost £20 for appointment (1hr) but it is money well spent

3. Social Media has loads of inspirational trainers who may have
programmes you can follow

Establish a routine and keep to it - Keep showing up - You will see and feel the benefit in a matter of weeks

The other area that requires attention when you join the gym is your eating habits - Changing these and improving current habits will keep you motivated and get results......
