LADIES ONLY GYM @ PHF

If you are looking to join a gym and have not been with us before, then please call in and take a look around.

We have a completely separate gym for ladies only and it is perfect for anyone new to fitness or starting a gym membership

Being comfortable in your surroundings is a big part of your ability to stick with a plan - we can assure you of that here

We have female trainers as well for PT sessions if required and also for any inductions that you may want before you start

Personal Training slots now available if you are looking to get started on your Fitness / Health journey

Start now and get yourself into a good routine within a few weeks

Taking a Personal Training appointment will ensure you start at your level and then work towards a fitter / stronger body ensuring also that you are doing the exercises correctly

Our sessions are priced at
£20 for 1 individual
£30 for 2 training together
£40 for a group of 3-4 training together

Joint and small group sessions with individuals you know ( family or friends ) are great ways to keep each other motivated especially if you have special family events coming up

Individual sessions can cater for very specific training
