We would like to wish all of our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are open as per our normal working hours until Thursday 22nd December and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January.

My opening hours will change in the new year as I say goodbye to Zara who is leaving for other pursuits. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Zara for all the hard work she has given to the business, she will be missed.

We are pleased to announce that Peak Body Synergy are allowed to re-open as government have made a change to their restrictions on sports massage therapy.

We will re-open on Monday 4th January, treatments already booked will go ahead as scheduled.
