🧘‍♂️ Introduction To Yoga🧘‍♂️

Join us for our 4 Week Introduction to Yoga, where we will guide you through some basic positions and circular breathing techniques.

🔸Each week will have various stages; the flow of the movements, the breathing and of course the relaxation/meditation exercises is all-important.

🔸You will warm up with deep breathing and gentle movements, then move through to a series of poses, which you hold for a few seconds to build your strength and balance.

🔸The class usually ends with a guided meditation where you sit or lie comfortably and clear your mind.

🔸Classes are in the Bamboo Loft.
