DONT NEGLECT THE WARM UP!!!

It’s great to see the local 5ks + more kicking off & so many runners of all levels competing

BUT

Wether you are novice or experienced it’s IMPORTANT not to NEGLECT your warm up

I bet in your structured group sessions it’s being done but when you sneak in a few miles on your own it’s something EVERYONE forgets...

REMEMBER - the more your train the MORE your muscles shorten & if your unlucky then strains and pulls will happen (at the most inconvenient time).

I have seen loads of runners the last 10 days with similar issues therefore Iv dropped a few simple info graphics to make sure you can be as ProActive with your warm ups & hamstring strengthening work as possible
