A lovely friend just sent me a message wishing Active Physio a Happy Birthday and I realised in all the madness that I had forgotten (again)🙈

Our 7th year has been another incredible one and I am so thankful that both the practice and are going from strength to strength. We also welcomed to the clinic this year and Fiona has been a wonderful addition 🤗

A special word of thanks as always to my amazing family for their love and support, and for putting up with all the craziness that running 2 businesses brings 🥰

What a year it’s been for this brilliant bunch!
After winning the Championship and putting in so much hard work all season, they’ve now gone and booked their place in the League Final! 🏐🙌

Everyone at the club is so proud of them — their commitment and teamwork has been incredible from start to finish. Every bit of it is so well deserved. 👏
