We are delighted to announce that due to demand Active Physio is expanding and we have welcomed Chartered Physiotherapist Rhea Lambe to the team 🎉💪🤩

Rhea graduated from University of Brighton with a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2020. She has worked within the National Health Service and has spent a substantial amount of her career working as a private specialist musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapist. She has also provided rehabilitation and pitch-side physiotherapy support within various sports and with a wide range of athletes. Highlights of her career include being Lead Physiotherapist for the Tyrone Minor GAA team during their 2025 All-Ireland winning season, providing team physiotherapy for Portadown Rugby Club, Ulster Rugby Junior & Academy athletes, Carrickmore GAA Senior Men, and Omagh CBS 2023/2024 MacRory & Hogan Cup champions. Rhea has extensive experience treating a wide range of sports injuries, joint and tendon issues and post-operative rehabilitation.
