I’ve always been a person that can make an excuse not to exercise, like I’m tired as a little one decided sleep wasn’t on the cards, or I’ve been up early, or I need to sort the house because the toys are everywhere and the wash baskets full.🙈
💪🏻Not today, and hopefully not this year I’ve told myself. Not only for me but for my family. When I’ve exercised, be it cardio, strength training or Pilates, I’m a nicer person 🤣 I’m less stressed and calmer!
So I made it into studio 30 minutes earlier today, and moved in a way that I felt I needed to, no plan, no script. It may not be perfect, but it’s me today. We go again tomorrow 🙌🏻
