Hey all. Due to restrictions on the re opening of our gym we will be launching another online program for the month of march.

This will include:

- 3 live workouts weekly
- Recorded sessions
- Group support
- Nutritional advice
- Online support throughout

Our February crew have had fantastic improvements so get in touch if you want to get involved

Finisher for the end of any of the previous sessions

Knee tucks 20 second hold *
Decline press up x10*
Plank to single arm dumbell raise 10 e/s (light weight)
Handstand holds against the wall 20 secs

All x4 sets

* use either paralettes
Hex dumbells
2 chairs

4th set is to failure. Make a note of ur reps and time
