~ come on in and have a seat, take the weight off your feet, let your shoulders drop down, relax your forehead, take a deep breath in and release ~

Taking a moment before your treatment to arrive is something I like to prioritise. Have a few minutes to settle in, chat about whatever, sigh if you need ~ this is your time to rest ~ no rush needed 🤍
