We're excited to be joining up with Sperrin Soul Forest School to be able to offer something for the whole family. 

Let the kids explore their wild side with forest school shenanigans while you sneak away and unwind in the sauna. 

When; Wednesday September 17th - 4.30pm - 6pm

Where; Drop the kids off at the forest school located a 2 minute drive away from The Sauna Shack (location will be sent to you once you have booked)

How much; £11.50 per adult, £10 first child, £5 each extra sibling.

Join us for a relaxing Saturday afternoon of sauna, meditation, and nourishing refreshments.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation in the bell tent to help you ground and unwind. From there, you’ll move into the sauna, which will start at a gentle temperature and gradually rise—allowing you to ease into the heat and fully relax. You'll have the option to enjoy extended rounds, with more time to cool down and rest between sessions.

Hot cacao and herbal teas will also be available made over the fire pit.
