Friday thoughts...

None of us get away unscathed, i say this often but its true, on the outside right now it may look like everyone around you is thriving, achieving or abundant, but at some stage in their life they have had to endure some tough times.

I always say "my mountain is your molehill and your mountain is my molehill", meaning what I find really hard you might not and your struggles mightnt be a struggle for me. We are human, we are allowed bad days, sad days, up days and down days, its owning it and saying it and being in the moment, just dont stay there too long... trust me.... there are people who care even if you dont see it, people who are rooting for you even if you dont know it.

I know we will always be healing, there will be triggers, events and things we cant control, but look at your survival rate.... its 100% 🥹
Look for that thoughtful message, that kind gesture, that hand touch, the little gifts, the things we might have missed could be someone who is genuinely there for you, you got this 🙌 you are most definately not alone
