We find a plant roof generally needs more maintenance as with the servicing of the machinery by other trades over the years they will cause holes and tears in the membranes.

This was an old asphalt roof and a live medical centre so for as little disruption possible the insulation boards and field area where fully bonded leaving only trims to be mechanically fixed!!

All work carried out by approved installers.

A serious lack of maintenance over the years resulted in this this roof being completely destroyed.

Full roof stripped back to joists.
New firring pieces.
New 18mm plywood.
Fleece layer.
1:5mm reinforced pvc.
PVC metal trims.

Parapet wall battened out plyed and dressed with pvc.

This old modular building was giving problems with the old metal roof and joints so we built the roof up to beyond joint height and put a new pvc roof on along with a new pvc metal facia.

This was a live pharmaceutical building and had to be completed with minimal disruption to their day to day operations which wasn’t easy at times giving its location on the west coast of Donegal (the wettest & windiest place on the planet 😂)
