Hope isn’t wishful thinking — it’s something we do. It’s about taking small steps, even when the outcome isn’t certain. This week in class, we’ll explore how movement and stillness can root us in the present while opening to new possibilities.
🧘 Yoga Basics – Monday at 7.00pm

I’m back teaching from Monday 1st September ✨

September is the perfect time to settle back into routine – steady, simple, nourishing.
This month’s schedule:

Monday – Yoga Basics, 7–8 pm (Studio & Zoom)
Tuesday – Morning Reset, 7:30–8 am (Zoom or Studio)
Wednesday – Somatics & Yoga Nidra, 7–8:15 pm ( Zoom or Studio)
Thursday – Morning Reset, 7:30–8 am (Zoom or Studio)
Friday – Morning Reset, 7:30–8 am (Zoom or Studio)

✨ A little heads-up: from October I’ll be moving to a simpler booking system – one Zoom link and direct payment (no more apps). I’ll share more details later in September.

For now – just come along, roll out your mat, and enjoy the practice.

🎨🌿 Telling Your Story – Creative Workshops for 55+ 🌿🎶

We’re delighted to welcome a new series of creative workshops at Bamboo Loft Yoga Studio, Glenhordial, Omagh — specially designed for those aged 55 and over who want to express themselves through words, music, art and nature.

Led by creative facilitator Briege McClean, these free sessions are all about connection, creativity and community. Whether you’re a lifelong storyteller or just curious to try something new, you’ll be supported to have a go, share your story, and enjoy the wisdom, laughter and insight that comes from gathering together.
