A 6-week guided practice to support your nervous system and reconnect you with your body.
This is a space to slow things down and step out of doing, into feeling.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll gently explore movement, breath, and awareness to support a deeper sense of grounding and create more safety in the body.
The focus isn’t on pushing or performing, but on allowing the body to reset, soften, and respond in its own time.
It’s an opportunity to become more curious about what you’re feeling and to build a more consistent, supportive relationship with your body.
The course is kept intentionally small to create a calm, held environment where you can simply show up as you are each week.
