Folks, sharing this again.

👣👣 As the temperatures start to reduce, we must be mindful of the risk of falling. Please ensure well fitted footwear and footcare regimes are in place, as recovery from a falling related injury can be slow! So let's work together to prevent falls this autumn and winter. 👣👣
👣Regular Footcare
👣Ensure proper fitting footwear with grip soles.
👣 Reduce Clutter, and hazards such as mats.
👣 Maintain mobility ( we are lucky to live in a town where we have lots of expertise in exercise classes, with chair based exercise classes available locally Leisure Complex , pilates and yoga Yoga Retreat & Health Spa and super basic reformer pilates another of our own podiatrists favourite available NI to name but a few of the amazing venues)
