Today some of the staff and parents and other youth providers completed our Impact Award for Sports and Youth which was delivered by Autisum NI. Keeping up to date with training is really important to help us understand the needs of the children and young people who attend our programmes and how we can make changes to our services to help support everyone. Thank you guys for attending it was a long day but it was worth it for better understanding.

Hi Everyone

Please see below a very important opportunity from INSPIRE.

I hope you are well! I work as one of the youth facilitators for Inspire. We have just launched a new mental health programme that is aimed to support young people who may be struggling with their mental health or wish to group in their personal developmental skills

This is a fully funded, 6-week programme with the age range being 14-25, with each programme lasting from 1hr -2hr max (depending on your schedule). Our cohort size must range from 8-15 max, and we do accept individual referral from those that you believe would benefit from joining the programme.

Here are the key details of the programme:
Target Audience: Young people aged 14-25
Duration: 6 weeks
Session Length: 1-2 hours (flexible)
Focus: Mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and personal development
Fully Funded: No cost to participants or organizations
Location: In-person delivery at your venue or venue of our choice
Referrals: Individual and group
Group Size: 8-15

To begin the referral process email: peaceofmind@inspirewellbeing.org

If you have any further questions regarding the programme, I am more than happy to schedule a meeting to chat about it further.

Look forward to hearing from you,
Kora
