MENOPAUSE: At times being a woman sucks, due to 3 major ops in the past 10 years this is my 3rd time going through this horrible season in my life. The 2nd time at 40 I was on HRT it was so bad. So to discover that was only another trial run and for the past 8 months I have been up and down in every way possible. My normal routine slipped, and I was so tired and didn't want to do anything...….
However as the Spring emerged I decided I had to do something and get myself back on track. While still using other products from the range, I had stopped taking my daily dose of Aloe. So it was time to open that carton and get back at it. I am shocked, my hubby is shocked :) once again I am starting to feel myself, I have so much energy, I did 4 days of deep spring cleaning this week, yes 4 days!!!! I don't even like cleaning 😂🤣😂🤣
So, if any of you are lacking in energy and/or motivation this really is a great pick me up, I'm thankful to be feeling me again!

Going somewhere hot where the mosquito's like to nibble? I swear by drinking our Aloe gel, its worked for me for 5 years now, No More Bites :)
