One of the treatments I offer is Kinetic Chain Release (KCR). It is a 23 step protocol developed by Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. It involves gentle stretches to release tension in key joints and connective tissue throughout the body. This can bring about postural changes that will correct the body's imbalances and eliminate many physical issues in the process.
