🎄Annual Member Christmas Gathering with Anne Furgrove 🎄

Join us for a “Christmas Cracker” of a workshop with Anne Furgrove, followed by the opportunity to catch up with our Yoga Fellowship family over a warm drink and yummy eats.

Anne will guide participants through breathwork to bring calm, deep stretches to restore energy and grounding yoga flow to ensure we don’t get swept away in the Christmas rush.

🪞Reflections on Daily Life as Well as on the Mat.

Join us for a morning of yoga and reflection with the wonderful Claire Ferry (Yoga Teacher within the Iyengar Tradition, Senior Teacher Level 3).

Claire will start off with more active poses, working towards a quieter, reflective end of the practice with pranayama and meditation.
