Meet my Tuesday crew (sorry to those of you not in the pic - we missed you today!)

These ladies have been spending their Tuesdays with me every week - some of them for the past 3 years. Each week we come together to move and breathe, to chat and support, to laugh and cry.

Before each class everyone is invited for a brew which gives us a few minutes to chat about the general ups and downs of life. The power of women coming together as a community and holding space for each other is so invaluable.

Watching the friendships formed has been a highlight of setting up the studio 🥰

Today is the last day of small group classes for the year and this lovely lot surprised me with fizz, cakes and gifts. Needless to say, I was a blubbering wreck 🥹😭

My heart is full ❤️🥰

I love you so much girls, thank you for choosing to spend your Tuesdays with me 🙏🙏💕

Can you believe Eden yoga Studio was set up nearly 3 years ago and I have never done a formal intro!

For those of you I have yet to meet here’s a little bit about me…

I’m Kate, 37, Mum of 2 wonderful little girls. When my daughters came along I decided to take a career break from my full time corporate job in finance and focus on them, along with renovating our 450 year old home with my husband James. If raising 2 children and gutting a house wasn’t enough to keep me busy 🙃 I decided after practicing for around 15 years to embark on my journey as yoga teacher.

Fast forward to 2021 Eden Yoga Studio was born, a boutique yoga studio set in our Georgian Farmhouse in the heart of Worcestershire. The studio was set up with a desire to give back whilst providing an antidote for modern life - a little slice of calm away from the chaos of daily duties.

What was once a pipe dream has blossomed into a beautiful community and I still pinch myself that I get to call this my “job” 🥰

Anyhow it’s truely lovely to have you all here - thank you for following our journey and for all your love and support 🙏💕

Hello lovely yogis! I’ve been a bit quiet lately, taking a break from classes and retreats to spend time away with my little family over the summer. This pause gave me the chance to reflect, reconnect with my "why," and follow what truly feels right. I often talk about shifting from thinking to feeling in my classes, and this time away has been a powerful reminder of that.

I'm excited to be back in the studio this week, ready to dive into weekly classes, private and group retreats, sound baths, and Yang to Yin evenings. I’ve missed seeing your beautiful faces and can’t wait to share the studio with you all again! 💕
