Iāve been a little quiet on here latelyāand for good reason.
As much as reflexology is a true passion of mine, it still has to fit around my full-time job. Work has hit peak season, and my days are getting busier and busier. By the time evening comes, I really feel it⦠so itās been a bit of a balancing act between doing what I love and making sure I donāt burn myself out.
I also took a week off to spend some quality time with my daughter, and we headed to Cheshire over the Easter weekend to stay with friends whoāve recently relocatedāsuch a lovely reset.
Today Iām making the most of my last day of annual leave, diving into some incredible books gifted to me by the amazingly kind . Andrea has been so supportive since the very start of my reflexology journeyāI truly couldnāt have asked for a better person in my corner. She also passed on a brilliant collection of Reflexions magazines from the AOR. so much knowledge packed into these!
Itās a good reminder that taking time out for yourself really matters. Itās something I always say to my clientsāand something Iām learning to practice more myself too ā¤ļøš£ā¤ļø
