Hi everyone,

I’d like to offer a relaxing Sunday mini retreat, to give a calm, cosy and nurturing start to autumn 🍂

What to expect on the day:
🧘🏼‍♀️ Gentle, grounding yoga stretches to find calm and presence (suitable for all)

✨ Delicious teas, coffee and homemade treats to nourish our bodies!

🎶 And to finish, a deeply restorative extended relaxation session, with live singing & sound, to encourage rest & bliss, so you leave feeling refreshed, nurtured and calm

🙏 I’m holding a FREE sound bath at The Harmony Centre Cafe (next to the bold minors in parr.) The harmony centre cafe is all about promoting well being and Loretta’s intention is to hold a safe place to go and chat, meet new people and grab a coffee and a sandwich. It is such a great idea that I wanted to help promote it and for more people to become more aware of what it’s all about.

I’m hosting a free crystal sound bath with crystal bowls, a crystal harp and a few other sound healing instruments. All I ask is that you contact Mandala Holistics to book a place as spaces are limited. Bring a blanket and a pillow and allow yourself an hour of relaxation. You have earned it after the summer holidays 🤣.

If you’ve never been to a sound bath before, don’t worry, they feel magical, here’s some information. You lie down and get comfy and we will play some beautiful relaxing sounds in the room. The crystal bowls. Have a very deep vibration that you can feel throughout your body. The crystal harp is made with quarts crystal and has a very ethereal heavenly sound, it makes you feel like you’re floating. There are other chimes and nice sounds added throughout. You literally bathe in the sounds It’s really, really relaxing!
