Dear friends, we are exactly two weeks from the first solar eclipse of 2026, and this stretch is not a countdown — it’s an incubator corridor. A narrowing passage where momentum slows on purpose, not to block us, but to make sure we don’t carry the wrong skin forward. Eclipses don’t begin on the day they arrive. They begin when time starts asking different questions.
These two weeks act like a soft dimming of the lights. The nervous system begins to withdraw energy from distractions, urgency, and excess noise. You may notice less appetite for chaos, less tolerance for misalignment, and a subtle pull toward simplicity. This isn’t exhaustion — it’s instinct. The body knows an internal reset is approaching and starts conserving attention.
We are also closing the final energetic threads of the Year of the Snake. Snake years are about shedding through pressure, growth through constriction, and wisdom earned by moving slowly through tight spaces. As this cycle completes, many people feel strangely unmotivated to push or prove. That’s because the snake doesn’t rush its exit. It releases the old skin only when the new one is ready to breathe.
