Full Moon Release

This Full Moon I release that which no longer serves me.
I release all pain, anxiety, fears, and any blocks that keep me from my connection to the Divine.
I also cut all cords connecting me to trauma from my past lives.
I release all that is toxic within and around me.
I start anew today, free of guilt, hurt, and self-bondage that keep me from manifesting the life that I desire.
And so it is.

The blood moon teaches us that even in the darkest shadows light always finds a way to break through. An eclipse isn’t disappearance from self it’s a transformation. The cosmos softly reminds us it’s simply rebirth as a new you a new form of light.

Hi everyone
Summer holidays have been and gone and children are back at school.
Why not come along and have a day to yourself. Have a break and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at the Cafe' in the Calm Wellness Day.
There will be the opportunity for you to browse the various stalls, have a Reading, a Therapy or even join the workshop available today.

Later you can sit down with some refreshments and read one of the books or magazines available on the various tables. We are open from 11am to 5pm.
Looking forward to seeing you here and spending time chatting with you if you have any questions or you wish to share anything.
