Your mind is the key to what you believe is possible or impossible. The thoughts you think, the beliefs you hold, and the inner dialogue you engaging shapes your reality. If you’re constantly tell yourself something is out of reach your actions will align with that belief and keep you stuck. It’s a great moment .. when it finally drops … I see that person grow in front of my eyes … they fill their body, their space. People pleasing can be a pattern we learn in childhood a coping mechanism that helps us feel safe or helps us manage a difficult situation or difficult people. We then can take that pattern into adulthood with us. But patterns can be outgrown when we realised that they no longer suit who we are or who we want to become.

Hello everyone ..Happy Monday !!

What if the life you long for is just one thought away? One shift in perspective, one decision to see things differently, one realization that unlocks new possibilities?

Neuroscience tells us that our brains are constantly rewiring—this is called neuroplasticity. Every thought we think strengthens certain neural pathways, reinforcing our beliefs, habits, and behaviors. The more we repeat a thought, the more automatic it becomes, shaping the course of our lives. But the exciting part? We have the power to change those pathways.

For me, that one thought is: “I am capable of creating the life I really want .” For you, it might be:
“What if success is inevitable as long as I stay the course?”
“What if failure is just feedback, guiding me toward something even better?”

“What if my past does not define my future?”

Whatever that thought is, the moment you embrace it, your brain begins adapting, seeking evidence to support it, rewiring itself in real time. Small shifts in thought lead to different choices, different actions, and ultimately, different results.

Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It begins with a single thought. What will yours be?

Morning all! Again it is about awareness isn’t it? There may be obstacles or challenges you need to get round or solve to get to your goals but generally the biggest thing that stands in our way of taking action is ourselves … consider this .. what is stopping you ? What is the fear actually about ? Then just recognise what is the first smallest step you need to take … small steps feel easier and then our minds resist less.
