EATING WHILST ON HOLIDAY!
There are two sides of this that I always hear as a nutritionist!
1) A week of eating differently will not mess up your progress! And you should never feel good guilt! ❤️
2) Equally if you feel like you need to have a massive blow out on food and eat everything in site then your everyday diet is probably not balanced or sustainable! 🥦🍕
Holiday is a time enjoy the foods you love and try new and local cuisines, it’s a time to be social with your diet and have a drink or an ice cream with your friends or partner 🍹
However, if you are using your holiday week as a massive “cheat week” and seeing it as a blow out that you need to be “strict” with your diet when you are back home then this too isn’t healthy! You’re everyday diet should be balanced and sustainable that you don’t feel the need to “cheat” or “blow out”
