This Grief Awareness Week, we’re reminding our community that grief has no timetable, no “right way,” and no finish line.
As funeral professionals, we meet families at some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and one thing we’ve learned is that grief is both deeply personal and universally felt.
If you are grieving, please know:
✨ You are not alone.
✨ Your feelings are valid—whether quiet, overwhelming, or somewhere in between.
✨ Support is available, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
We encourage you to take gentle care of yourself this week. Share a memory, speak a loved one’s name, reach out to someone who understands, or simply allow yourself a moment to breathe.
If you need guidance or someone to talk to, our doors—and our hearts—are always open. We have had two wonderful evenings this week for BC Bakers, Caterham and Francis Chappells, Orpington where people have come together with others to do just that - remember and talk🕯️
