Bubs wanted to have a sound bath tonight, so we did! 😍😍😍

I haven't got my instruments out in a long long time, I have really lost myself lately 😔

But I instantly felt the sound working, the frequencies moving over me and the vibrations shifting stagnant energy! 💫💫💫💫💫

It was rejuvenating and it reminded me why I started using and practising sound therapy in the first place.

Hopefully this has helped re-ignite my passion, to get back on the journey I loved so much before my mental health relapse 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
