We wanted to share a short, practical video from our YouTube channel that may be helpful for anyone who runs, plays football, does gym classes, walks regularly or has had recurring calf tightness or strains.

In this video I talk through three simple, pain free ways to help reduce the risk of calf strains and ongoing calf pain. We cover why calf injuries are so common, how strength, flexibility and balance all play a role, and a few easy exercises and checks you can do at home to keep your calves more resilient.

If you have ever struggled with calf pulls, tightness during exercise, or just want to stay active without setbacks, this should be useful.
