This made me chuckle. Lavender is wonderful for many things including stress but also for burns, eczema, wound healing, headaches to name but a few. As an aromatherapist lavender plays an important role in my treatment room and I love using it where appropriate.
Why not treat yourself to some stress relief with a massage, facial or reiki 💆‍♀️

This is me when I read how lavender can help with stress. 🍃
