A balanced gentle flow class including: -Breathing practice to help calm the nervous system, prepare your body and mind for labour and birth and increase confidence.
-Yoga postures to be help relieve tension as well as increase strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
-Pelvic floor exercises to help shorten the stages of labour and heal the perineum after birth.
-Relaxation to help improve your nights sleep.
-Fun, friendly environment to help you to connect deeper with your baby, and meet other like minded mummies to be.
- All beginners to yoga are welcome
- Suitable for after your first scan, until the end of pregnancy.

- Stabilizing the pelvis and lower back

- Releases tension in shoulders and neck muscles
- Decreases overall stress and promotes relaxation
- Rejuvenates the mind and increases energy
- Brings fun, pleasure and special bonding time to both mum and baby
- Provides an opportunity to connect with other mums, have tea/cake and socialise afterwards

* Please note this class is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal following a natural birth, and 10 weeks + postnatal following a C-section before you join these classes (once you have had your postnatal medical check).

As it's the New Year and also for new followers, i thought i'd introduce myself.

I'm Sue Mason. I am a fully qualified licensed acupuncturist graduating with a BSc Honours degree in from the prestigious International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM), (University of Greenwich) in East Grinstead.

I specialise in the field of and women’s health and have undertaken extensive extra training and study to support, treat and advise couples through their fertility journey.

I also offer both holistic and facial rejuvenation acupuncture – This is a safe, natural way to lift and enhance the faces complexion.
