👨‍🌾🪴Great work from our green fingered group on the allotment this morning. They weeded and got rid of the old vegetation from the raised beds, harvested some onions and placed them in a cool room to dry out. They cut the chamomile flowers to make Chamomile tea ☕️…. Busy, Busy, Busy 💪

We made some very tasty Cheese pie’s in our Shop and Cook session. We used our own grown potatoes and onions from the allotment, great work guys 😋

🎨🖌️🖼️What a fantastic day out! Our members visited the Lowry as part of an art project they are working on. 🎨🖌️🖼️
The Lowry in Salford is currently hosting a new immersive exhibition called LOWRY 360, which allows visitors to step into L.S. Lowry's iconic painting, "Going to the Match". This 360-degree digital experience, created in collaboration with Layers of Reality, surrounds visitors with the sights and sounds of the painting, before they view the original artwork.

🌞This lovely weather has brought our crops on a treat 😀🍓🫜🥕
We have harvested the first show of strawberries, a nice little patch of beetroot and some juicy carrots. All our members hard work is paying off 👏👏

🩷The ladies enjoyed their supported volunteer roles at Whitley stay and play. 🩷Establishing strong bonds with children and their families is a rewarding experience. 😊
