I've told the majority of my regulars face to face, it's been on my stories but I thought it best to make these a grid post too 😅

If you want to block book some dates to ensure your normal times are secured but can't afford the upfront deposits, just drop me a message, I'm sure we can figure it out together 🥰🫶🏼

As for the dates I'm away - I won't be answering my social media DMs or texts during those times. I'll be too busy topping up my tan 😜☀️ there might be the odd message back but I'll in no way be as quick to reply as usual.

Haven't shown my face around here, so hi! 👋🏼

Thought I'd share some more info around fascia as it's something that I seem to talk about in every single treatment and hardly anyone has ever heard of it.

I could have gone on for a good long while about how it interacts with your nervous system, your lymphatic system, how it holds memory and how massage helps but I doubt anyone would be interested in a 2hr Ted talk 😅😂
