23 Dec 2025: Open
24–28 Dec: Closed
29–31 Dec: Open
1 Jan 2026: Closed
2–4 Jan 2026: Open
From 5 Jan 2026: Open as normal

Even when the office is closed, a Senior Manager and Clinical Lead will be on call 24/7 to ensure our staff and clients have support whenever needed.

We’re absolutely delighted to share that HLG Complex Care Ltd has been rated 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 by Care Quality Commission (CQC) after their recent inspection. That means we’re meeting (and exceeding) expectations around safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness, and leadership.
