Phil has been suffering with some shoulder pain recently, particularly when in the front rack position.

This could only mean one thing, a session with David Jakeman]] was needed

With David's help they discovered that Phil had a lack of ROM on the painful side which was due to Lat tightness

They also found he was relatively weak on his internal rotation

With the new exercises incorporated into Phil's training he's now able to Bench and maintain the front rack position pain free

Posted • David Jakeman]] A quick look at some shoulder rehab exercises given to reduce shoulder pain experienced in loaded front rack position and with resisted internal rotation. Main findings were a weakness with shoulder internal rotation and some lat tightness. Exercises looked to address restriction in movement and pain inhibition pre session to allow to continue training. We included some accessory exercises to then condition some specific weakness at the shoulder. So far, everything heading in the right direction 💪💪💪
