Today is National Relaxation Day !
We all lead busy lives juggling everything yet it’s important to make time for relaxation not just today but whenever we can. When we feel relaxed we feel less stressed, sleep better and feel better. We can do this by eg going for a walk, reading a good book, watching a film or having a soak in the bath. Do we do it enough ?
