A Little Snapshot of Our Week at Braeside

It’s been a lovely mix of sunshine, smiles, and getting stuck into some favourite activities! This week, our residents enjoyed:

🍻 A good ol' pint down the local
☀️ Making the most of the sunny weather out in the garden
🧁 A bit of baking fun
🥕 And preparing our home-grown veg garden for its next stage of growth!

We love seeing everyone so involved!

Our Sunday Song Session with the talented Heath had the whole room singing and dancing! Keep an eye out for sneak peak of some of our best moves!

Yesterday we marked International Cheese Day in the tastiest way possible — with a fabulous cheese platter and plenty of friendly chatter.

The weather may have cancelled the garden party, but it couldn’t dampen our spirits!

We brought the VE Day spirit indoors and didn’t miss a beat, kicking off our 'indoor' garden party with nostalgic 1940s hits from our very own Forces Sweetheart Wartime Nostalgia With Kim!

The celebrations continued with a little reminiscing, games, and lots of laughter - all finished off with Chef Tony's fabulous homemade pizza and celebratory cake!

A perfect tribute and an amazing day had by all!

Delight in a live performance by our very own 'Forces Sweetheart', bringing timeless wartime classics to life. Her renditions will transport us back to the days of unity and resilience.

🎉 Garden 'Street' Party
Following the performance, join us for a traditional garden party. Expect vintage decorations, wartime activities, a community spirit reminiscent of 1940s celebrations and your favorite picnic treats!
