Welcoming Peace, gathering and meditation on 17th Sept at 7.30pm, Cambrian Buildings Dance Studio, Oswestry.

Meditation experiments in 1974 and 1988 proved that when we come together in peace for peace, we make a difference to everything around us. We cannot fly to conflicted war torn countries but we can choose to come together in peace. Real deep meaning full peace for all our sakes.

My first gathering last month was beautifully power full. Are you ready to join us?

I realised today this plant is an outward expression of me. In the right place, and thriving.

But it wasn't always like that. Not so long ago he was in a different room and barely surviving. One or 2 leaves, facing the same direction but not happy.

That was me in most jobs I've ever had. They were always the place for a while but the downturn of energy, willingness to get up and go to work, got up and left in each one.

Until now. I absolutely love my work. It is not a "job" to me, it's purposeful, creative and ever expanding. It enables me to be fully present for myself and my clients.

It takes a lot of trust. And I am in awe of the transformation that happens in sessions. So much magic, wisdom and respect for all it entails.

I wish for you to find your right space to thrive. If I can help you get there, all the better.

Aren't they beautiful? I am feeling very appreciated by my client today, selected from her garden and arranged into a stunning gift. 😍

No, you absolutely do not need to bring me flowers for me to love my work but they do add colour and deeper gratitude for it.

It's almost a week since we gathered for peace in peace. 🕊🕊🕊

It was incredible, I would love to have words that explain clearly to anyone who hasn't been, what it was like. But, it just doesn't work like that. Everyone had their own unique experience and that in itself is just a perfect result.

We can all have a different perspective, feeling, experience from the same event. That is the beauty of this life.

Boy I was grumpy yesterday morning. Feeling the need to go out into nature for a walk. So I did. I deliberately went with the attitude of if it rains I want to feel it.

The wind was wild, the sun shone through the leaves and the rain fell. It was beautiful to be in the elements, with the trees receiving messages everywhere I looked.

And in dropped the message from a stunning guardian, this is for you to do. What that is, is for me at this time. But when it is right to share I will.

In the meantime I wish to share with you some captured moments of my experience. 💚

Do you see the tiny writing on her top? An computer generated woman who looks and sounds like a woman.

But I genuinely do not want to engage with this (even whilst I am for this post!)

I want to have real connections with real women with real life experience. With all the messiness, the ugly (whatever that means) with all the beauty of someone who has a life lived in joy and challenges. With real stories to share of perfect imperfections.

After all, isn't that why we are here in a physical body? To experience it in its fullness, the light times and the dark times, the times in-between.

I don't want my granddaughter growing up feeling like she is less than because this type of computer generated woman is all that she sees online.

How about you? Am I the only one pondering this? Do you?

A glimpse of my inner conversations!! Homemade v commercial

This is soooo tasty. Blackcurrant homemade cordial. 2 ingredients and a huge dollop of love, a sprinkle of joy and fingers crossed for alchemy magic with plant spirit.

It is deep in flavour and colour. Out of interest I had a look at the ingredient list on a well known commercial brand. 16 actually named and other under herbs? fruits? Spices? I get they have their secret flavours but how do we know what we are putting in our bodies.
