The sun is shining, the woodpecker is hammering and the birds are singing.

And me?

I am sitting outside in the sunshine with a contented heart and a love for all that is around me. While appreciating Henrietta finding her favourite sun spot is actually in full sun 🌞

Whilst also knowing the craziness is still happening. And still contented and still sending ripples of peace out into the world.

💚 Only read on if you have capacity to sit and consider how war leaders ask us to be complicit in their story whilst telling us to forget our own.

We need to understand how we can create moments of peace more than inveating in the story of us being incapable.

Incapable of sharing a love for our beautiful world and all who live here.

More than the warring leaders story that they are protecting "us" by their destructive power over sense of force.

I do not believe we lack the capacity to live together, to share our resources. I do not believe we need our family and friends to fight to make the war happen and lose their lives while taking others.

If any of the leaders wish to battle, let them be on the frontline not hidden away. Let them get into a room with the weapons they pay so dearly for, by themselves. Without support, with little to protection them. Because how can you lead others into a death zone when you are not prepared to follow your words with your own actions that put you in danger.

That is not leadership, that is loading a gun you are too scared to fire yourself so you give that part to someone else.

To sacrifice their sense of self.

To bring fear into the world. Fear of loose, fear of not enough, fear of peace being broken.

So what can you do?
Be a rebel, enjoy your life, refuse to add your energy into their story, find people who light you up with compassion, joy and love.

Sit in nature and know you are a part of it, not separate to it. Work to know yourself so well, nothing can shake you loose.

Know when your heart says yes, you follow that, even when it doesn't make sense. Because it will make sense 💚

Peace is an inside job. It is more beautiful than we can imagine, especially right now. It is empowering, powerfull and a force that world war mongering people are frightened of.

It doesn't make sense until it does and then it becomes bigger, bolder, more gentle, more powerfull, more inviting.

Our modern "normal" is anything and everything but normal. Living normally feels difficult, hard work and needs to be earned.

I truly do not believe that our lives are about difficulty, or hard work. I believe we can live in peace. True peace, not one that needs overwhelming death and destruction. I do not believe that we have always lived with war.

I do not believe fighting is a normal way of life and living. I also believe our internal angst can and is expressed outwardly. The bigger the weapon you wield the bigger the fight and the destruction that follows.

We are capable of so much more, seeing more beauty, respect, love and connection that brings a deeper peace into our lives and ripples into the world.

Finding the ability, space and time can feel impossible in our doing for success culture. That is why I created this gathering. Giving you the opportunity to step out of your current normal.

With reiki, sound and guided meditation you will be invited on a journey inward. Everyone experiences this from their own perspective and that is a beautiful weaving of stories.

We can be peaceful. And that is more important than ever in a divided world. Your story matters. Your sense of yourself matters.

Because you matter.

There are people in this world that actively encourage division, separation by the colour of our skin, the place we were born, our beliefs in any number of things, the list is endless.

I must admit I was skeptical to receive a call from a number not known to me and to hear a "foreign" voice answer when I returned that call. And my head went to our modern day ailment of "scam" when that voice gave his name of Jugraaj as so many scammers are based in India.

BUT

On Saturday I had the pleasure of meeting 2 brothers and a heart lifting conversation about what connects us and our capacity to live peacefully, sharing experiences without the need to concentrate on our differences.

Jagraaj and his brother are volunteers with who contacted me to personally, as in they travelled to Oswestry, to invite me to a conference. To chat face to face, in person, in real life(!) to explain why they were calling and what their intention is.

It was a brilliant conversation. Full of warmth, smiles and shared ideas of how we as individuals coming together can bring real peace into our lives and the world. Together with humility, kindness and love (HKL)

April's conference is the first here in the UK and the 6th International one. I think it will be inspirational and I'll be going.

What a joy to look forward to this.

In a world with leaders who seem intent to create further disconnection, division and fear this is more important than ever.

When the Raven calls I feel it. It is a contentment that has no words. I find their call reassuring. I know that all is well and as is meant to be, especially when the ground is shifting beneath me. So grateful to hear them today.

When I started this gathering I had an inkling they were going to be magical. Now I know they are beautiful, powerful and I feel they are so needed right now. The only way to know is to experience it.

I would love it if you feel a space has your name on it. Together we create a ripple that goes out into the world. Starting with ourselves, our sense of peace, our sense of knowing we can live differently.

AI wants to replace our imaginations. And it wants us to willingly give up our identity. The latest is cartoon images created that look like pixar movie shots.

I wonder what the small print says? Are people giving up their right for it to remain as this one snapshot? Or will your likeness show up in other places?

There are powers at work that are desperate for us to stay powerless, living without true connection, numbing ourselves to finding real joy, live and peace. Living with power over dominance instead of trusting we can live peacefully and resolve our differences without force. This is power with can work. We have done it. It is not a new concept, except in written his-story books. 🤔
