This treatment really will benefit a lot of people 🫶🏻

Tension in the jaw can often radiate down into the neck, shoulders, upper back, as well as radiating up into your head, so having an effective treatment in this area can really help to ease many other symptoms including shoulder tension, neck immobility and headaches. Even if you’re not the massage “type”, this safe and non-invasive treatment can prove effective & relaxing.

My training for this course, plus facial cupping, begins on Monday 26th January 2026, with treatments becoming available sometime in February 2026.

This is a treatment that’s been highly requested by my clients, and something I’ve been wanting to learn more about for a while to help treat the symptoms of jaw tension and TMJ disorder!

Instead of an additional treatment, the skills & techniques I learn in this course on 26th January, will be incorporated into my Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage, improving this treatment as a stand alone treatment ✨

I sometimes get asked whether my holistic facials are suitable for men, and the answer is YES!

Facial hair or no facial hair, I tailor my holistic facials to to suit your skin type & any issues you may be experiencing. Hence the name Personalised Holistic Facial!

If you do have facial hair, the facial massage oil is only going to help soften & tame your hair 😊

Whatever 2025 meant for you, don’t let others “huge” achievements make you feel mediocre 💚

On a personal note, this year has been less about business and more about personal life events. I made a huge business move this year, moving my business out of my home treatment room and into a salon, Total Look Beauty in Nesscliffe. Other than that though, nothing else really changed!

If I was to compare my year to others who “achieved” more than me this year, I could easily disregard this year as being a waste of time.

But I know the small changes I’ve made throughout the year, have led to me finishing the year in a totally different mindset than when I started. So for me, on reflection, 2025 has still been a productive year ✨

If seeing other people’s year roundups is making you feel less than, I encourage you to look deeper into your year. It might mean that what you think are markers of success, aren’t a reflection on how far you’ve come since January.

On that note, a happy & healthy new year to all my clients. Here’s to 2026 🪩🥂✨

Educating my clients about their body’s can have such a butterfly effect 🦋

One thing I love about seeing my clients on a regular basis is how in tune they become with their body.

From here, I’ve seen clients gain the confidence to speak to a doctor about an ongoing issue, or seek a PT to help strengthen their muscles, or simply have the confidence to say no and put their self care first every once in a while!

Massage on a regular basis helps you to understand where tension or pain might be starting in your body, and from there we can work together or I can make recommendations on lifestyle changes that could further improve your comfort!
