🔥 Imbolc is here — the sacred threshold between winter and spring.
It’s a time to light candles, whisper intentions, and awaken the spark within. Beneath the frost, the earth is stirring… and so are we.
This sabbat is deeply connected to Brigid, a figure so beloved she lives on in both myth and history.
As a Celtic Goddess, Brigid rules the hearth, the flame, the well, and the forge. She’s the guardian of poets, midwives, healers, and creators. A goddess of fire and flow — strength and softness.
Later, she was woven into Christian tradition as Saint Brigid of Kildare — and the flame in her honor continued to burn, tended by women for centuries.
✨ Whether you feel drawn to her as Goddess or Saint, Brigid walks with us at this turning of the wheel. She reminds us to tend our inner flame, to plant sacred seeds, and to trust in the light returning — both in the world and within ourselves.
So as you light your Imbolc candle, pause and ask yourself:
🌱 What am I ready to grow?
🔥 What spark is ready to rise in me?
Blessed Imbolc, beautiful souls. May Brigid walk with you always. 🕯🌿
