She’s been working so hard during her Targeted Training Therapy and it’s paying off!

In her latest review, Alannah showed amazing progress with:

✨ Lifting her head in sitting while being supported by a therapist
✨ Prop sitting for 5 seconds!

Last week, an extraordinary team gathered together to make a young man's dream come true! 🌟

Jacob attended our centre many years ago, and since then, he has been an avid supporter, raising funds wherever he can. We decided it was time to do something special for him. He had always dreamed of going up Yr Wydffa (Snowdon), so we made it happen! 🏔️

The team came together and worked tirelessly through the early hours of Saturday morning. Unfortunately, due to technical issues with Jacob's chair, they had to stop at the halfway point. But let’s not forget the determination and teamwork got Jacob to that point! You are all truly incredible and should be very proud of yourselves. 🙌

We were also thrilled to have our Patron, Louise Minchin, join us for this amazing journey! 💖

We have a lot of people to thank for making the day possible, to all the participants in support of this incredible challenge, Sky Blue Adventures for your guidance and support on the day, Remap for adapting the chair and making this adventure possible, Joe from TWC Logistics for the allowing us use of a van in order to deliver the bike safely and lastly to West Mercia Search & Rescue for your support and guidance.

This time last week we were embarking on our annual charity golf day and praying that the weather would be kind to us! ☀️ Our prayers were answered as the sun shone, even if it was a little gusty atop Llanymynech rock.

What an incredible day!
The feedback has been exceptional, and we are so pleased that you all enjoyed it. A massive thank you to all at Llanymynech Golf Club for hosting our event.

We also want to extend our gratitude to all who supported the day, SBC Training , Sol Distribution , Henstone Distillery WR Partners Planet Doughnut Aico Throgmorton and Kelloggs.

We raised just shy of £7000, and we couldn't have done it without your support! 🎉💖

🎉 Welcome back, Ryley!
He’s now halfway through his Targeted Training therapy and wow, what incredible progress! 💪

Thanks to the generous sponsorship from TWC Logistics through our campaign, Ryley’s using his frame to achieve some major milestones:
✨ Pulling to stand
✨ Standing with one hand held
✨ Cruising and even standing on his own for a few seconds!
✨ Taking a few independent steps and moving between furniture

At home, he’s getting up from the floor without support and walking on his knees, amazing determination! 👏

The team set off in the early hours this morning to work together in getting Jacob up Snowdon.
Jacob attended our centre many years ago for a course of therapy, he has been a supporter since and now as an adult, we have come together to make his dream come true on taking on the heights of Snowdon!

A big shout out to Lucy, who has just completed her 12-month course of Targeted Training Therapy!

Over the past year, Lucy has worked hard to strengthen her trunk, helping her improve her sitting skills. She’s smashed key goals like:
🌟 Prop sitting on the floor and bench
🌟 Creeping forward on the floor

Lucy is developing new skills like hands free sitting on the bench and keeping the high kneeling position for longer which we witnessed in the session.

Incredible progress, Lucy, we’re so proud of what you’ve achieved! 💙
