Itās been a long old winter hasnāt it?
Iāve been struggling to get going again after the Christmas period. My wintering has been intentional, but perhaps I needed a plan of action for the gradual return to daily life.
So Iām taking small steps in the direction I want to goā¦
1⨠Iām starting with getting up 30 minutes earlier and then Iāll increase that by 10 minutes every week until Iām back to my normal 6am rising.
2⨠Iām reintroducing 15-20 minutes of movement to my mornings - whether itās walking, stretching, a video off YouTube or a good ole boogie.
Thatās it.
Nothing extravagant. Nothing extreme. Small, manageable steps, in a gradual, sustainable way.
