A client review from the man himself, 2026 Welsh Cup winner, Matty Jones💪

Matty came in during the final weeks of the season managing a number of muscular issues, with an important cup final ahead.

We focused on rehab, maintenance treatment, and recovery work to keep him fit and available when it mattered.

He went on to play back-to-back 90 minutes, scored a great free kick in the final, and helped Caernarfon Town FC win the Welsh Cup for the first time in their history!
