📣 We’re in the final stages of developing engaging and useful tools about nutrition for people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and their families - and we’d love your input.

We’re looking for: Children and young people aged 7–21 with DMD, and parents or carers of people with DMD, to join our design workshops. Sessions can be joined online, or in person if you live in the North West of England.

📍Upcoming sessions:
Parents and carers: 7–8pm, Thursday 26 February
Children & young people: 6–7pm, Tuesday 3 March

Each festival will consist of a carousel of fun and inclusive activities for all ages and abilities. Each festival will run between 10am-2pm.

Our classes are the perfect way to build on the progress made during your treatments, helping you boost your strength, flexibility and fitness between appointments.

We’re back dancing and what a start! ✨

�We had an amazing first online class yesterday and we can’t wait to keep the momentum going 💃🕺

Online classes continue on Monday 19th Jan at 6pm

�In-person community classes start this Friday 9th Jan at Cerebral Palsy Midlands

Our community class is open to everyone, whether you dance standing, seated, with or without mobility aids. These sessions are designed so everyone can move in a way that works for them 🤍

Friday timetable:
�🕡 6:30pm – Community Dance Class (open to all)

�🕢 7:30pm – Performance Group

💷 £5 per class | Pay as you go�
📆 Friday classes run weekly�
💻 Monday online classes run every other week - next one is on the 19th of Jan.
