At Autumn Equinox, day and night are equal length...
We bask in the gratitude of summer's abundance, we preserve and bottle it (literally or metaphorically) because we know what comes ahead is a gentle turning inwards as the dark months approach.

It has been beautiful summering... van life and road trips, taking my teaching to retreats and festivals...and now it's almost time to get back to weekly classes 🧘‍♀️.

Apart from ONE space left at Monday morning's Gentle Flow class (10-11am at the studio Treflach Farm), my weekly classes are all fully booked now, but here's my upcoming weekend offerings. Message me for more info or to book xx

After taking my bowls on a roadtrip this summer, I'm back in my usual sanctuary in the Shire for the next sound bath.

Join me tomorrow evening for a gentle end to your week... yoga nidra, breathwork and a blissful sound bath. A deep dive into relaxation and nervous system regulation.

A gentle, mindful Vinyasa class, moving into the body through the breath. The perfect way to start your week.

🧘‍♀️ Mondays 6.30-7.30pm Hatha Yoga at Llanyblodwel and Porthywaen Memorial Institute

Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class takes each pose individually so that you can focus on your foundations and alignment, building flexibility and strength in body and mind.

The 6 week block is £40. Message me to book your place x

I have a new project launching in the Autumn that I am really excited about... it's something new for me, that weaves together many threads of the things I am passionate about - and I get to work with two other incredible facilitators whose work I really admire 🥰, each of us bringing over 30yrs experience in our own fields.

The 2025/26 intake for a new Integrated Permaculture Design Course is now open for booking 🥳.

An internationally recognised qualification, running over 6 weekends throughout the year, a PDC isn't just about growing food!... It's a way of thinking about, and being in relationship with yourself, your communities and the natural world.

It invites you to take action...to be the change you wish to see in the world, and this course will provide you with knowledge, tools and resources to support you to do just that.

The Turiya Summer Retreat is such a gentle, joyful gathering, celebrating community and connection while creating space to press pause and just be. Rooting ourselves within the hills of north wales we shared simple but powerful daily practices of yoga, meditation and breathwork; walks and wild swims and saunas; laughter and poetry around the campfire; and axe throwing too!…connecting with our inner warrior 🪓💪.
