We have some important news regarding JMR Performance and Recovery!!

After a long 2024 and a twist of fate in 2025, Julianna has made the decision to close the doors at Manor Square and return to Club Energy, Otley.

Whilst saddened to be leaving these premises, we are thrilled to be joining Club Energy, where we can continue to provide the best performance and recovery therapies to our clients.

During the transition we aim to keep client inconvenience to a minimum.

The final day at Manor Square will be Wednesday 29th January 2025.
All bookings will go ahead – the only difference will be the location – If you are unsure or have a question regarding your appointment, please contact the clinic directly on the details below.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your continued support and we can’t wait to see you at our new location!

Are you are a sports massage or physio therapist looking for a space to work in the Otley area, then look no further.

Here at JMR performance and recovery we are looking for 1 or 2 fully qualified sports/physio therapist to rent a bed/space to work from.

We have the ability to treat and train our clients out of the clinic. This would be a month-to-month review so don’t worry about long term commitments.

JMR prides itself on being a sports therapy clinic, fully dedicating themselves to everyone that comes to us for help.
