Throat chakra clearing meditation 👇

Tune in with this mantra
Adi mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO x3 (I honer the teacher within)

Posture & Mudra: Sit with a straight spine in Easy
Pose. Interlock the fingers with the right index finger on
top of the left index finger. The heels of the hands are
joined and the thumbs are together and stretched back so that they point straight up.

Relax the arms down with the elbows bent.
The forearms are pulled up and in toward
the chest until the hands are positioned in front of the
chest between the solar plexus and the heart. Keep the
thumbs stretched back.

Breath: Deeply inhale. Completely exhale as the mantra
is chanted once.

Mantra: Chant the following mantra as the breath is
completely exhaled:

RAA RAA RAA RAA- Ra is sun
MAA MAA MAA MAA- ma is divine mother
SAA SAA SAA SAT- truth conscious
HAREE HAR HAREE HAR- creative life force

Time: Continue for 3 mins
To End: end with a deep inhale, suspend the breath at
least 15 seconds (without straining though)
Exhale through the mouth. Repeat 3x

Turn out: chant long Sat nam x3 (truth is my name)

I’ve never been on a “healing journey”

I’m on a life journey. And that always presents me with things that need attention and healing- somewhat brutal stuff sure 🫣

But a “healing journey” just the words, have always made me feel like an unhealed project that needs fixing and that’s not the life I want to live. Everyone is different sure.

I prefer to use practices that allow me to become aware of myself, how I’m moving through life, how I’m treating myself and others and if something isn’t helpful I’ll investigate.

I believe everything you need to know about your past, will be presented to you in the moment. And for me I’ve found it more helpful to focus on bringing my attention to noticing those things arising.

Im on a life journey, that is the healing journey until we’re dead. But the way that is framed makes a huge difference to my personal state of being- my thoughts, emotions and how I live my life.

The soul is growing at such a rapid rate and with that, there are so many layers of letting go that the body is possibly asking for some anchoring….

DEEP- REST could be very flippin helpful and energy management 💫

This breath is a variation of the psychological sign with a blend of kundalini science. This breath is often taught long first inhale to open the lungs, but with anxiety the diaphragm is constricted, so the body can often only open the lungs through a short primer inhale followed by a fuller second one.

You’ll see what works for you because your body will be able to do it without forming more stress 🌸

Remember your body has a natural intelligence system so what feels right in the moment is going to be different for all bodies. Allow your system to play with the breath in a way it’s naturally able 🌸

Not always exact textbook approaches. This is important because it’s a reclamation of self trust. 💖

Here are 5 kundalini tips to allow a sense of safety in the body through change:

1. Shaking the body and then stillness afterwards. This will release stored stress and tension that gets held during transformative times. Signals to the body it’s safe.

2. Root chakra kriyas and grounding asana (postures) such as squat and kundalini crow pose.

3. Mantra/ sound/ vibration/ rhythm is the vagus nerves remedy. It cuts through the noise of the mind connecting to presence deeper.

4. Breath, movement, sound practices combined act like an instrument tuner. Bringing the mind, body and spirit back into harmony.

5. Chanting or listening to “MA” mantra (kundalini yoga) this is the sound of the divine mother EARTH

When we go through rapid soul growth, the body systems take some time to readjust their safety brackets. Give yourself grace and remember to ground 🧚🏻‍♂️🦋
